| | Please be advised that E W James & Sons has used Benchmark Web Base Training since April 2006. We are very pleased with the quality of training that this offers and the reduction in cost that it provides. Prior to using Benchmark Web Base Training, we were forced to use outdated videos for new associates that required approximately six hours to take. With Web Based Training we can complete equivalent training in less than three hours and this includes an exam and certificate at the conclusion. This also eliminates the risk of fraud in recording training for new associates. I would highly recommend this training for any and all grocery and retail establishments.

| | Since implementing Benchmark Insurance’s Web Based safety training program, our employees are much more aware of safety issues. They are aware of their surroundings and keep the floor space clear to insure the safety of our customers also. They use wet floor signs when the floor has water or any other liquid on it. They use the buddy system when unloading heavy items from a pallet. The program itself is very user friendly and doesn’t take long to complete each module.
